Home/The System
Every part of the build, what it does, and what your agency ends up owning.
We define your ideal client profile, the priority service to lead with, geographic targeting, the commercial offer and the criteria a prospect must meet to count as qualified.
Output: agreed targeting
We build the campaigns, landing pages, forms and outreach systems that generate relevant enquiries from the audience chosen in stage one.
Output: enquiries arriving
New prospects get an immediate, structured response across the channels you have configured — email, SMS and AI-assisted replies — instead of waiting for someone to be free.
Output: contact within minutes
The system gathers what the prospect needs, their budget range, their timing and their fit, then offers an appropriate slot from your calendar.
Output: qualified booking
The appointment lands in your CRM and calendar with the context attached, so whoever takes the call opens it already knowing who they are speaking to and why.
Output: sales-ready record
Prospect → enquiry → automated reply → qualification → calendar slot → qualified appointment in your CRM
In plain English: “AI-assisted” here means the system can read a prospect’s written replies, ask sensible follow-up questions and record the answers against their record. It works to a script you approve, and it hands anything unusual to a human.
What Yervaq builds
Everything below is work Yervaq carries out during implementation. Which of it you receive depends on the package you choose.
Third-party advertising spend, SMS and telephony usage charges, and external software subscriptions sit outside the one-time setup price. They are paid by your agency directly to those providers.
Scope note: exact deliverables depend on the chosen package.
Implementation
Offer review, audience selection, technical discovery and campaign planning.
Landing pages, CRM, tracking, qualification, follow-up and calendar systems.
Internal testing, campaign configuration, scripts, routing and team review.
System activation, early optimisation and reporting.
Scope complexity, the speed of client approvals and third-party account or domain verification times can all affect the final delivery schedule. Your confirmed timeline is agreed at the strategy stage.
Ownership
Most agency growth services rent you an outcome. This one hands you the machine. It is the clearest difference between a Yervaq build and an indefinite marketing retainer.
After implementation and payment, your agency receives control of the agreed infrastructure — accounts, assets, automations and documentation.
Pages, sequences and scripts carry your agency’s name, positioning and services. It is not a shared template you rent a slot in.
Yervaq does not require an ongoing service fee for the system to keep working after handover.
External platforms — CRM, email, SMS, advertising and similar — carry their own subscription or usage charges, paid by your agency directly.
If you would rather Yervaq kept managing campaigns or optimisation, that is quoted separately and is never a condition of the build.
Next step
Book a strategy call and Yervaq will assess your current acquisition process, identify the main gaps in your pipeline and recommend the most appropriate system for your agency.
