What we aim for

Our 60-day target: 20 qualified appointments

20

qualified appointments

The target for the first 60 days

For Agency Growth Engine and Agency Scale Infrastructure clients, Yervaq plans and builds the system around a target of 20 qualified appointments in the first 60 days after launch.

This is a target, not a guarantee. We do not offer a refund-backed appointment promise, because the outcome depends on factors neither side fully controls. What we do commit to is building the infrastructure properly, agreeing the target with you in writing, reporting against it honestly, and continuing to optimise throughout your support period.

Reaching it depends on:

  • An offer reviewed and agreed by both sides
  • Targeting agreed in writing before launch
  • The advertising budget we plan around being in place and maintained
  • Approvals returned within the agreed timescales
  • The system used as configured, including CRM and calendar
  • Your team attending and following up on the calls booked

“Qualified” means an appointment meeting the criteria agreed in writing before launch — typically service need, budget range, decision-making authority, timing and general suitability. Fixing that definition up front means both sides are measuring the same thing.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

No. Each package is a one-time system build. You pay once for the implementation and the infrastructure stays with your agency afterwards. If you later want Yervaq to manage campaigns or optimisation, that is quoted separately and is entirely optional.

No. The fee covers strategy, build, configuration, testing and handover. Advertising spend, SMS and telephony usage charges, and third-party software subscriptions are paid by your agency directly to those providers. We tell you what to expect before you commit.

UK-based digital, performance, creative, web design and development, SEO, social media, branding and lead-generation agencies, plus small and mid-sized B2B service agencies. The commercial model works best where your service value means a single qualified appointment is worth pursuing.

Yes. Once implementation is complete and payment has been made, control of the agreed infrastructure transfers to your agency, and you keep the accounts, assets, automations and documentation.

In most cases yes, provided your CRM supports the automation, calendar and reporting the system depends on. We check this during technical discovery in week one and confirm what is possible, or recommend an alternative, before the build begins.

The stack is chosen during discovery around your existing tools, budget and data requirements rather than fixed in advance. It typically covers a CRM with automation, a landing page and form layer, email and SMS delivery, calendar booking, and analytics with conversion tracking.

The confirmed list, including any subscription costs you pay directly, appears in your proposal before work starts.

Most builds run to roughly two to four weeks from the strategy session. The main variables are scope, how quickly assets and approvals come back from your side, and how long third-party account or domain verifications take.

A booked call with a prospect who meets the criteria agreed in writing before launch. Those criteria typically cover service need, budget range, decision-making authority, timing and general suitability. Fixing the definition in advance means both sides are measuring the same thing.

No. It is the target we plan and build the system around for Agency Growth Engine and Agency Scale Infrastructure clients — not a contractual promise, and not refund-backed. What we commit to is building the infrastructure properly, agreeing the target with you in writing, reporting against it honestly and continuing to optimise during your support period.

Whether the target is reached depends on your offer, your market, the advertising budget in place and how your team handles the calls booked — several of which are outside our control.

The system keeps running and your team keeps using it. Support periods cover Yervaq’s involvement, not the system’s life. You can run it in-house using the documentation and training provided, or ask us for a separately quoted support or optimisation arrangement.

Yes, as an optional extra quoted separately. It is never a condition of the build. The system is deliberately documented so your team can run it without us if you prefer.

No. Yervaq can build and optimise the acquisition infrastructure that puts qualified conversations in your calendar, and we keep improving it during the agreed optimisation period. We cannot guarantee closed revenue, because sales performance, offer quality, pricing and service delivery remain your agency’s responsibility.

Any provider who promises guaranteed revenue is promising something they do not control.
